About the fine print.
- You pick your plan (Singles, Couples, or Families), and we pick up your laundry on the same day every week — no scheduling, no thinking about it. Your bags get credited to your account each month, and you use them whenever you need. Miss a week? Your credits roll into the next month so nothing goes to waste. It's basically laundry on autopilot.
- Your unused bags roll over. We don't punish you for travelling, having a light laundry week, or skipping a pickup — your credits stay in your account and you use them when life picks back up. The whole point is to take laundry off your plate, not stress you out about "use it or lose it."
- Yes to all three. Skip a week with a couple taps in your account (going out of town, light week, whatever). Pause your subscription for a month if you need a break. Cancel anytime — no contracts, no cancellation fees, no awkward phone calls. We earn your business every month, not lock you into it.
- No problem — just add extra bags to that pickup at your regular subscription rate. Big laundry week (guests in town, kids' sports gear, post-vacation pile)? Add a couple bags. Light week? Use fewer. The plan is your baseline, not your ceiling.
- Two reasons. First, you save real money — subscription per-bag pricing is meaningfully lower than one-off pickups, and it adds up fast over a year. Second, and honestly the bigger one: you stop thinking about laundry. It just happens. Same day, every week, done. Most of our subscribers tell us the "never thinking about it again" part is worth more than the savings.
