- Pretty much everything in your "nice clothes" rotation — suits, blazers, dress shirts, blouses, dresses, pants, skirts, ties, coats, wool sweaters, silk pieces, and formalwear. We also handle specialty items like wedding dresses, leather, suede, and household pieces like duvets, comforters, and curtains. If you're not sure about a specific item, just ask — we'll tell you straight up before you send it.
- Book online, leave your items out on your scheduled pickup day (in a bag, hung up, however works for you), and we grab them. Your dry cleaning comes back pressed, on hangers, in protective garment bags — typically within 3–5 business days. No more lunch-break runs to the cleaner or forgetting to pick up your suit before a Monday meeting.
- We price per item, and our pricing is transparent — you can see exactly what each piece costs before you book. Suits, shirts, dresses, and specialty items each have their own rate. If you dry clean regularly, our Pressed By Spring subscription locks in a better per-item rate plus scheduled pickups so your rotation stays fresh without you thinking about it.
- We inspect every item before cleaning and flag anything we're worried about — stains, weak seams, missing buttons — so there are no surprises. If a stain we said we could remove doesn't come out, we re-clean it free. If something is damaged in our care, we make it right. Our Service Quality Re-clean guarantee covers you on every order.
- Yes. Stain treatment is included in standard pricing — wine, coffee, oil, ink, makeup, sweat, the usual suspects. For wedding dresses, we offer full cleaning and preservation (boxed and sealed for long-term storage). Leather, suede, fur, beaded gowns, and vintage pieces all get specialty handling — just flag it at booking so we route it correctly.
- Everything comes back professionally pressed, on hangers, in clear garment bags. Shirts can come back on hangers or folded — your choice in your profile. Pants are pressed with a clean crease. Suits come back as a set so jackets and pants stay matched. Basically: ready to hang in your closet and wear straight out.
