How the Wardrobe works.
- You pick a plan based on how many garments you typically clean per month, and we pick up on the same day every two weeks — bi-weekly works better than weekly for dry cleaning since most pieces don't need cleaning after every wear. Your garment credits sit in your account, and you use them whenever you're ready. Items come back pressed, on hangers, in garment bags. You barely have to think about it.
- They roll over. If you have a light month — working from home, casual stretch, travelling — your credits stay in your account and you use them when your rotation picks back up. Big week with a wedding, conference, or court appearance? Pull from your saved credits. We're not trying to make you rush items in just to "use it before you lose it."
- Yes to all three. Skip a pickup in a couple taps if you're out of town or don't have enough items to send. Pause the whole subscription for a month or two — common in summer when people are in shorts and t-shirts. Cancel anytime, no contracts, no fees, no friction. The plan should work around your life, not the other way around.
- Easy — just add extra items to that pickup at your subscription rate. Going to a wedding next month and need a suit, dress, and your partner's blazer all done at once? Stack them in. Specialty items (wedding dress preservation, leather, suede, household pieces like duvets and curtains) are priced separately since they need specialty handling, but you can still send them with your regular pickup.
- Two reasons, and the second one matters more than people expect. First, the math: subscription per-item pricing is meaningfully lower than one-off cleaning, and if you're already cleaning 5–10+ pieces a month, it pays for itself fast. Second, your closet stops being a problem. Items move through the cycle automatically — worn, picked up, cleaned, returned, ready to wear. You stop having that "ugh, I needed that shirt clean for tomorrow" moment. That's the actual win.
