- It's stupid simple. You book online, leave your bags out on your scheduled day (no need to be home), and we pick them up. Your laundry comes back fresh, folded, and ready to put away — usually within 48 hours. You can schedule one-time pickups or set it on recurring (weekly, bi-weekly) so you never think about laundry again.
- We cover most of Greater Vancouver — Vancouver, Burnaby, North Van, West Van, Richmond, New West, Coquitlam, and surrounding areas. Pop your postal code into the booking form and we'll tell you instantly if you're in our zone.
- Wash & fold is priced by the bag, not by the pound — so no anxiety about overstuffing. One of our bags holds roughly two standard loads. For most families, a typical week runs one to two bags. We also have a subscription option (the Clean By Spring Challenge) that locks in a better per-bag rate if you want to make this a regular thing.
- Real talk: it almost never happens, but we back our work with a Service Quality Re-clean guarantee. If anything comes back not right — stain still there, item missing, fold quality off — we fix it free, no questions. First-time customers also get a First Pickup Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not happy with your first pickup, you don't pay.
- Yes to all three. We sort everything by colour and fabric type, treat stains as we spot them, and wash on the appropriate cycle and temperature for each load. If you have a preferred detergent (free & clear, hypoallergenic, scent-free, specific brand), just note it in your profile and we'll use it every time.
- Duvets, comforters, and oversized bedding can go in your wash & fold pickup (they're priced separately since they take up more space). For dry cleaning, we have a separate service — same pickup, same driver, just toss your dry clean items in a separate bag and we'll route them properly. You'll get them back on hangers.
